Online Lease
Online LOI
Upon the successful completion of the auction, the proponent is required to pay the necessary security deposit and royalty fees. Subsequently, they can apply online for the issuance of the Letter of Intent (LOI) through the UPMineMitra portal.
Deed Execution
Upon receiving environmental clearance, project proponents can utilize the UPMineMitra portal to apply online for deed execution for the stipulated period.

To store more than 100 cubic meters of minerals in Uttar Pradesh, stockists must obtain a Stock License from the Directorate of Geology & Mining.

Basement & Development Projects
